School Readiness
In partnership with FIRST 5 Santa Clara County and the Knight Foundation, SVEF provides support for young children and their families through strength based, family driven programs. Through linkages with early education, health and human services, and family support providers, as well as elementary schools in the Franklin-McKinley and San Jose Unified School Districts, families with Pre-Kindergarten aged children are connected to resources to ensure school readiness.
